An unusual survival of a late 18th/early 19th century forge and quarry store building, located opposite quarry, retaining external character and historic interest.

Single storey building with steep pitched pantile roof, stone coping to south gable. Rendered rubble granite. Doorway in gable end with irregularly spaced windows. Tall brick chimney to east pitch. Later extensions to north and south.
