Mid-18th century with earlier origins. A rare example of a thatched building on Jersey with the original roof timbers. Interior includes corbelled fireplaces which are significant historic features.
The north-west section is the earliest building which possibly dates from the 17th century. Re-thatched in 1989. Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.
Cottage (two-storey, five-bay), projecting south is two-storey wing. Detached single storey converted outbuildings running parallel, to west. Detached single storey outbuilding to north.
