Listed building

A good example of an 18th century townhouse, retaining essential exterior form and historic features of 18th/19th century date. One of a fine terrace of townhouses overlooking St Aubin's Bay. Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.

Terrac townhouse. two storeys plus attic and basement, three bays. Slate roof, render in ashlar effect, rendered end stacks, decorative clay ridge tiles. Central entrance reached via granite step. Recessed 19th century part etched glazed/ panelled door with lettering 'L 'Heritage' in overlight.
