Listed building

Late 19th century cottage enlarged in phases in the 20th century, with group of 19th century small farm buildings including small granite barn.

Good survival of ornamental exterior of cottage in Victorian Gothic fashion, forming a group with associated farm buildings.

Detached, single-storey with attic, four bays, modern extensions to rear. Pitched slate roof with additions to rear.

Internal layout largely altered in 20th century, including replacement of staircase elsewhere, so that present layout difficult to relate to original. Very few internal features survive.
