Families associated with the property
- Germain: In 1941 John Noel Germain (1887- ), his wife Annie Jane, nee Dorey (1888- ) and their daughters Norah Muriel (1920- ) and Muriel Isoline (1926- ) were living here. These registrations, together with the datestones below, suggest that the house has been in the Germain family for three centuries. We have not been able to confirm this continued ownership but John Noel Germain is the 6x great-grandson of the Noe on the 17th century stone.
