Their children recorded in the census were Ethel (1884- ), Gordon (1887- ), Snowdon (1889- ), Irene (1890- ), Rebecca (1892- ), Edna (1896- ) and Kenneth (1900- ). They had another daughter, Kathleen (1886-1948) who was not shown in the census
- Le Couteur: The 1901 census shows Prospect Villa adjacent to Prospect House. The name is absent from 21st century almanacs. The household in 1901 consisted of George Le Couteur (1869- ), his wife Emily (Amelia) Margaret, nee Syvret (1870-1919), their children Marie (1894- ), George (1895- ) and Alfred William (1897- ) and George's widowed mother Mary Ann, nee Le Couteur (1828- )

This mid-19th century house retains its historic proportions and character. It has added interest in the east and west wings, the retention of the doorcase and the boundary wall and railings.
Of interest internally is the historic joinery features.
Set back from road. Two-storey with cellar, three-bay with circular bay to west and single bay to east. West bay has rendered castellated parapet, string course and rusticated quoins with painted squared rubble wall.
