Historic farm group of 17th and 19th century origins. The three-bay farmhouse retains its proportions and historic features. With its outbuildings it creates a cohesive group which contributes to the rural, roadside setting.

Main house 19th century. The outbuilding to the south is shown on the Richmond Map of 1795. Its origins are considered to be 17th century.
