Three-bay, single storey cottage with two-bay extension on the east.
The interior is two rooms wide, single pile with central passage. Room to west has large granite fireplace with thin corbels and uprights at base, the back has been rebuilt, later timber lintel. Room to east has granite fireplace with wider corbels, one of them faintly rimmed; uprights at base; new stone lintel. Thick wall to east gable end. Beam with beading detail.
