- NC ♥ KLM 1727 - This stone, which does not appear to have been previously recorded, and is not mentioned in the HER record, despite the inclusion of the photograph above right, is believed to be for Nicolas Chevalier and Katerine Le Montais, who married in St Peter in 1717.

This early 18th century, four-bay house retains its integrity in fabric and proportions externally and plan internally, with historic features remaining to the interior.
