- Falla: In 1941 Henry Falla (1882- ), his wife Ida Madeleine, nee Laurens (1899- ), their son Henry Peter Laurens Falla (1925- ) and their daughter Margaret Madeline (1932- ) were living here. The 1901 census shows Henry's father Peter, who imported the first motor car into the island, as head of household.

A high quality example of a mid-19th century farmstead, retaining original character and many fine features. Cottage to rear of possible earlier origins.
Farmhouse with two-storey wing and accommodation/barn range beyond to east, barn returning to south at east end of range.
