- Cabot: The family which must have given their name to the property. But which Cabots, and when, is not known
- Bidan: In 1941 Francois Jean Louis Bidan (1878- ), his wife Louise Marie, nee Plevin (1883- ), their son Francis Ernest Charles (1904-1980), his wife Marie Louise, nee Le Merer (1904- ) and their children Yolande Louise Marguerite (1928- ), Odette Marie Yvonne (1930- ), Antoinette Marie Solange, Monique FLorence, Micheline Marie Antoinette and Bernard Francis Marc were living here. Francis Jean Louis came from Brittany.
- ABP SMT 1739 - For Amice Blampied and Susanne Mattingley of Grouville, who married at St Brelade on 1 July 1738. The stone is now on the front wall of Septième Ciel, next door, but is believed to have originally been at Les Cabots, a much older building
Historic Environment Record entry
The farmhouse was refronted in 1739. It has two chimneys which have thatch drips, copings and kneelers. It also has two fireplaces, one with carved corbels and the other is 16th century.
