- Le Masurier - in 1941 George Rive Le Masurier (1916- ) and his wife Muriel May, née Huelin (1918- ) were living here. We have not been able to find a marriage record for them, or place them in a family tree. An earlier George Rive Le Masurier was living here in 1894 when his will was registered

- 18 INC ♥ MLT 21 - For Jean Nicolle and Marie Le Tubelin, who married in St Helier in 1807. Other than finding their marriage record, we have not unearthed much further information about this couple and cannot place Jean in any of our numerous Nicolle trees. They had a son Jean, baptised in St Helier in 1871, whose godparents were his grandparents Josue Le Tubelin and Jeanne, nee Ahier

Le Cotil is a high quality farm group, which sits impressively in the valley. It retains its character, proportions and many good quality historic features both externally and internally. It remains a cohesive farm group with the farm buildings retaining much historic fabric.
A building is shown on this site on the Richmond Map of 1795; west wing is 18th century; the main house is 19th century, built circa 1820s.
Central entrance, double pile. Through hallway with stair in open well. Stair has mahogany turned balusters terminating in spiral. Six-panel doors throughout with original, reed moulded, architraves. Ground floor south west room has salvaged fireplace, north room in east wing has salvaged fire grate. First floor west room cupboard doors and architraves and window architraves all reed moulded.
