This mid-late 19th century building presents itself to the corner of the road. It is of unusual design, being tall in scale to its width, further emphasised by a Gothic dormer. Two-storey with attic, three-bay, with single storey wings to east and west.

The stair has mahogany, turned balusters, chunky turned bat newel and swan neck handrail.
