A fine detached early 18th century granite house with adjoining cottage, which retain original features including historic windows and doors of 18th/19th century date. Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.

Detached, with cottage to the north. Two-storey plus attic, five bays. Cottage two-storey, two bays plus single storey bay on north.
