These buildings, although with early origins, retain distinctive late Victorian Gothic styling and character.

The building is shown on the Richmond Map of 1795. The batter on the walling may indicate a 16th/17th century origins. The castellations and Victorian Gothic detailing were added in the late 19th century.

Detached. House with single storey wings to east and west. Detached single storey cottage at right angles to south east.
