A good example of an elegant symmetrical late 19th century townhouse, which retains many original external features and character including unusual coloured stone-chip ornamentation.
Built in the 1880s, the house retains its late 19th century character and includes coloured stone-chip ornamentation that was popular in some Victorian buildings of this period in Jersey but rarely seen elsewhere. two-storey, three-bay house. Slate pitched roof with rendered end chimneystacks.
