Early 19th century house retaining historic character with high-quality stonework.

House: 2 storey 5 bay. Front (south) elevation: slate roof with tilt-lights and ashlar granite chimneys. Facade with exposed long/short dressed stone openings, dressed granite ashlar plinth and flush painted render finish. Rear (north) elevation: matching roof, painted render finish with raised render quoin-effect at the angle, 1 central window and elevation intersected by the rear range.

East lean-to extension: single storey, 1 bay. Hipped slate roof, random stone construction with dressed opening. Dressed stone boundary wall and gate to front garden.
