- Boschat: The Boschat family were recorded living at La Ferme, St Peter, believed to be this property, in 1941. Those recorded were Jessie Boschat, nee Bisson (1895- ) and her children Nelson Jose (1929- ) and Margaret May. Jessie was a widow. Her husband Joseph Marie Boschat (1894- ) died in 1936. The couple had four other children who had left home by the start of the German Occupation

This Jersey house, considered to originate in the 15th century with later developments, retains its early character - particularly to the front façade with its off-centre doorway. It contributes to the rural setting.
Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795. The original date is considered to be 15th century, with developments in the 17th century and extensions in 1884. Two-storey, three-bay house with rear lean-to extension, and two-storey west wing. Later east extension.
Off-centre doorway with round, chamfered arch (keystone and east arch stone restored in late 20th century).
The interior features of interest are as follows: the granite salting trough to the rear of the main house; the master bedroom fireplace; and the roof joists of the main house.
