Mid-late 18th century rural house retaining original exterior features and contributing to streetscape character. Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795. Five-bay two-storey main house. Altered linear range of outbuildings on both sides. Pantile roof, rendered chimneys, five dormers.
Randomly coursed granite rubble with ashlar quoins and quoined window surrounds.
