Listed building
An outstanding example of an early farmstead, with good survival of a 16th century farm house with vernacular Jersey features, a later 18th century farm house, and various farm buildings dating from 17th century, forming an important group and evidence of architectural developments over various periods. Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.
The earliest house is the one to the north with a round arch dating to 16th century; the farm building is thought to be 17th century; and the single-storey house to the south is 18th century.

- "This house and Douet de Rue stand on either side of the stream, Le Douet, which at this point separates the parishes of St Mary and St Lawrence. This is a small house which, unlike the one next door, faces south and is probably the later of the two."

- ↑ There is another property called Maison du Douet a short distance away in Rue de la Golarde, St Lawrence, which sold for £4.715 million in 2009. It does not seem to be a listed building. There is yet another Maison du Douet, in Rue du Douet, St Ouen
