Mid-19th century farm group retaining historic character and features, on earlier site including 17th century Jersey round arch in its boundary wall.

Five-bay two-storey main house with single storey wings to either side. Two-storey 1906 farm range to northwest, forming courtyard.

17th century nine stone Jersey round arch in the boundary wall, chamfered with crest on keystone.

Old Jersey Houses

A brief entry in Volume One records the arch and suggests that it is the remnants of a large double arch

Notes and references

  1. The couple married in St Martin in 1668. OJH failed to decipher the stone and wrongly suggested that it could represent Malet and Noel
  2. HER misreads the datestone register entry and wrongly identifies the wife as Marie de Quetteville. She was Philippe's mother
