This mid-19th century house was altered in late 19th and 21st centuries, resulting in incremental loss of historic character and detail.

Built in 1846 by Philip Dorey. Later outshot added in late 1890s / early 1900s. A survey report commissioned by owner in 1989 approximates it to 1908. Further later extension raised on pillars.
