A fine prominent townhouse, with 1827 datestone, retaining original features and fabric of architectural and historic interest.

Once the home of the curates of St Aubin, until 1923 when the Parsonage in Rue du Crocquet was purchased. Recently restored. Part of a range of buildings with St Aubin's Institute.
