This 1848 house, paired to have the perception of a villa, contributes to the streetscape. It retains its grandeur and historic features.

Semi-detached, two-storey with lower ground, three-bay with side, raised entrance wing set back from front elevation.

The only surviving historic feature internally is the staircase with painted, turned balusters and mahogany handrail terminating in a spiral. All other features are salvaged and introduced.
