Listed building
Early 1900s rural house retaining original exterior features and character, utilising an unusually wide variety of stone. House circa 1900-1914.
The use of different coloured granites is of particular interest. A Mr Hacquoil married a Miss Sarre [1], whose family at the time worked and owned the Mont Mado Quarry, and the house is a good example of the various colours of stone quarried at the time.
Two-storey, three-bay house, single storey wing to east, small single storey wing to west.
