In 2004 Baycroft was sold for £869,000. The following year it changed hands for £740,000. It was then divided into two units and in 2005 2 Baycroft was sold for £610,000, and again the following year for £675,000. In 2019, 1 Baycroft, renamed La Cachette, was sold for £750,000
Families associated with the property
- Lloyd: The Lloyd family was living at Baycroft during the German Occupation. In 1940 an application was made to postpone military service for John Durnford Lloyd (1914- ). Presumably this failed because he was not registered there in 1941 when the occupants were Ada Emily Lloyd, nee Wadge (1874- ) and Barbara Elizabeth Durnford Lloyd (1912- ). Katherine Ann Durnford Lloyd (1940- ) was registered as a child on the back of Ada Lloyd's registration form. John and Barbara were Ada Lloyd's children. Her husband Henry Durnford Lloyd, had died on 1 January 1940. It is not clear what relation baby Katherine was to Ada.

A well proportioned mid-19th century property with a good survival of original features of historic significance. The house displays the polite architecture of Georgian fashion.
Five-bay, two-storey house with extension/outbuilding to the east.
Stone boundary wall with iron railings and gate. Front of house faces garden enclosed with granite walls.
Doric porch with sun room over, and six-panel front door with decorative overlight. Interior features include moulded architraves on windows and doors, panelled doors, early 19th century fireplaces, a fine mahogany staircase to the attic and pegged roof construction.
